The Twin Valley Alliance Youth Group met yesterday at the Church for an afternoon of gaming fun with a Lan-Party and also other activities. A Lan party is where you hook a bunch of Xbox or PlayStation console gaming systems to each other to play as a group on a local network. They also played a few games of Gaga Dodgeball. Gaga is a dodgeball variant played in a gaga "pit". The game combines dodging, striking, running, and jumping, with the objective of being the last person standing. Players hit the ball at each other with their hands, and are eliminated if the ball strikes them on or below the knee. The Lan Party was a great success and The Twin Valley Alliance Church would like to thank everyone who came to the event and everyone who was working in the background to make this such a great event.
