The God Who Gives Life Meaning

People everywhere are searching for meaning, significance, and purpose.

Some search through success, possessions, relationships, recognition, pleasure, or personal achievement. These things may provide temporary satisfaction, but they cannot answer the deepest questions of the human heart:

Why am I here?

Does my life matter?

What is my purpose?

In Acts 17, Paul entered Athens and discovered a city filled with idols, religious ideas, and human philosophy. The people were searching for spiritual answers, but they did not know the true God.

Paul introduced them to the God who created the world, gives life and breath to every person, and desires for us to seek and know Him.

“For in Him we live and move and have our being.”

Only in Jesus Christ can life have true meaning, eternal significance, and God-given purpose. We were

created by Him, for Him, and to know Him.
