Hope’s Haven Summer Camp

Updated: Jun 2

This morning at Twin Valley Alliance Church, Zac Rebuck led an in-person training for the upcoming Hope’s Haven Summer Camp! Several of our members have signed up to volunteer and minister to children who are or were a part of the foster care system.

Hope’s Haven is a Christian camp dedicated to the spiritual growth and healing of these children. It provides them an opportunity to meet the Lord through an outdoor summer camp experience designed especially for them. The campers hear about Jesus’ love through worship, Bible study, verse memorization, time spent with camp mentors, and lots of fun! Activities include hiking, crafts, swimming, games, and much more.

The camp is held at Camp Swatara in Bethel, PA, with one mentor for every two campers, ensuring each child receives a great deal of individual attention and supervision. The entire camp experience is provided at no charge to the child or agency, funded by churches, individuals, and groups that support Hope’s Haven.

Hope’s Haven is a Christian nonprofit organization, not affiliated with any church or denomination.

Twin Valley Alliance Church extends its heartfelt gratitude to Zac Rebuck and the Hope's Haven Family for their recent visit to our church. We will be keeping the Hope's Haven Summer Camp Ministry, its volunteers, and the children in our prayers, asking for the Kingdom of God to advance for His glory.

We ask those who are not taking part in the camp to please pray for the volunteers and campers, and consider supporting this incredible mission!
