"At the recent men's and women's breakfast gathering hosted by Twin Valley Alliance Church, The Men & Women's Breakfast saw a good turnout and participants greatly appreciated the scrumptious food. Following the breakfast, a devotional session took place, after which the men and women broke up into separate groups for further discussions. This gathering takes place once a month, typically on the last Saturday at 8:30 am, and everyone is warmly welcomed. Proverbs 4:23 was a central theme of the Mens group: 'Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.' The teachings of the verse, highlighting the connection between one's inner life and outward actions, struck a chord with many.
