This week at Twin Valley Alliance Church, we return to our study of Abraham in Genesis 15—a chapter that beautifully points us forward to the Gospel.

God makes a covenant with Abraham not because of anything Abraham had done, but because of what God Himself promised to do.

And Abraham’s response?

He believed.

In a world that tells us to strive, earn, and prove ourselves, this passage reminds us that true faith is about resting in God’s promises.

💡 When we connect this with 1 Corinthians 15:58, we see the bigger picture:

Because of the resurrection, our faith is steady,

our service is meaningful,

And our lives are anchored in something eternal.
